SHABBAT SHALOM

lr2Shabbat Shalom         שַׁבָּת שָׁלוֹם

A Peaceful Sabbath

“Be glad, O children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God, for he has given the early rain for your vindication; he has poured down for you abundant rain, the early and the latter rain, as before.” Joel 2:23

The Latter Rain Has Started

Rain is repeatedly equated with God’s blessing throughout the Bible: “For I will pour water on the thirsty land, and streams on the dry ground; I will pour out my Spirit on your offspring, and my blessing on your descendants.” (Isaiah 44:3) And to and through your descendants Israel, the God of all creation is speaking.  “I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you; and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.” (Genesis 12:3) And the time of blessings for all families of the earth is now rapidly approaching.

We know towards the springtime, around the time of Passover, you will have the malkosh, the latter rains necessary for the ripening of the barley and grain. These much harder rains could cause flooding and great devastation if they come too early upon dusty, dry ground.  But, the latter rains of your spiritual harvest were announced as right on time with the early rain on Inauguration Day. The blessed moisture of His spirit came down and the Executive Orders of President Donald Trump soon started like a ‘latter rain deluge’. A deluge that is bringing great devastation to the evil earth scorching enactments of the Obama administration. Praise God.  Praise the Holy One of Israel.  It Started Raining the Moment Donald Trump Was Inaugurated President

The ‘latter rains’ usually fall in March and April and we see a great harvest. Then ordinarily your skies are bright and cloudless till October or November. This lekesh and the spring harvest now coming is the one you have long awaited Israel, the one ushering in your eternal cloudless skies. And it is you Israel that must now blow the last of the storm clouds away.

It is time for גשם, for lehitgashem (להתגשם):  It is time for your making something come into being that was not visible prior. Just like the way rain causes things to sprout up into visible life from shrivelled, buried and invisible seeds, it is now time for you to do your watering Israel.  “For they that sow in tears shall reap in joy.” (Psalms 126:5)

O Israel, eternal Israel, Jerusalem is your city Israel and the covenant made with Abraham continues forward. Occupy your land fully Israel. Build your settlements when and where you desire.  And once again cry out Israel: “O Lord, hear; O Lord, forgive; O Lord, hearken and do; defer not, for thine own sake, O my God: for thy city and thy people are called by thy name.” (Daniel 9:19)

Seek forgiveness Israel for any compromises you may have made. Stop moving in any manner toward the division of His land and separation amid you His people.  Do such and watch the torrential outpouring of His spirit upon you through this latter rain as started for all to see on The Donald’s Inauguration Day.

God is fulfilling all his promises to you Israel. Call to Him now, stronger and louder than you have ever done.   “Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter (malkosh) and former rain (geshem) unto the earth.” (Hosea 6:3) Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the Lord, till he come and rain righteousness upon you.” (Hosea 10:12)

And it is His righteousness upon you that all nations of this earth need to see. They mutter against you while their empty souls cry out for the righteousness only you can embody in their midst.
